Dream Bezier is an independent entertainment and creative project. We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate Early Access and related communications. We do not sell personal information.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers the Dream Bezier Early Access and credential experience. Early Access registration is intended for people who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Information we collect

When you register, we may collect the information you provide directly, currently your full name and email address. We may also process limited technical and session information required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

3. Why we use it

  • To register and verify your Early Access request.
  • To deliver and manage Early Access, credentials and related content.
  • To send communications related to Dream Bezier when you have authorized them.
  • To protect the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the service.

4. Consent and email verification

Registration requires an affirmative, unchecked consent box. We also use double opt-in: access is not confirmed until you complete the email confirmation step. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the tools provided in our emails or by contacting us.

5. Service providers and international processing

We use third-party providers when necessary to operate the service. Mailchimp processes your name, email address and subscription/verification status for registration and email confirmation. Depending on where you live, information may be processed in countries other than your own under the provider's applicable privacy and data-transfer arrangements.

6. Browser storage and sessions

The site may use cookies, server sessions and browser storage to remember verification or interface state and to make the experience work correctly. These mechanisms are used for functionality and security, not to sell personal information.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to maintain the service, resolve requests, protect the project, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion where applicable.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent. We will respond to applicable requests in accordance with the law that applies to the request.

9. No sale of personal information

Dream Bezier does not sell personal information. We do not use Early Access registration data for unrelated third-party advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the information we process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send sensitive information that is not required for access.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the project, website or service providers change. The current version and update date will be shown on this page.
